What You’ll Do
As a Payment Poster, you’ll help ensure financial accuracy by entering payments, tracking reimbursements, and supporting a clean revenue cycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
Posting insurance and patient payments (EOBs, EFTs, and checks) into our billing system
Reviewing remittance advice for accuracy and addressing discrepancies
Assisting in reconciling daily deposits and accounts
Communicating with billing and AR teams to resolve payment issues
Keeping detailed, organized, and accurate records
What You’ll Bring
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of experience in payment posting or healthcare billing (ABA experience is a plus!)
Experience with CentralReach is a plus (but not required—we’re happy to train!)
Familiarity with insurance billing, EOBs, and electronic remittance files
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
