Director of Diagnostics: Licensed Psychologist

Our Director of Diagnostics will be responsible for identifying and completing diagnostic assessments and/or psychological testing and providing a comprehensive and conclusive evaluation for our clients.

This position would be based in our Bowling Green, KY, location.

What you’ll do in this role:

• Provide a full range of psychological and/or diagnostic assessments, including scoring, interpretation, diagnostic reporting, clinical recommendations, and feedback for individuals seeking diagnostic services
• Coordinate with the intake department and local referral sources to identify and progress needs for diagnostic services by location
• Maintain condition and inventory of assessment materials, protocols, and accessories
• Collaborate with the Director of Compliance as needed to support external audit requests (payor, regulatory, or otherwise)
• Maintain billable caseload balanced across diagnostic services and PBS services as directed by your supervisor
• As the diagnostic division expands and new diagnosticians are added:
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring and on-boarding new hires
  • Complete performance evaluations
  • Assist in supporting diagnostician staff in the selection, administration and interpretation of assessment instruments
  • Oversee quality of assessment administration and clinical reports

We are looking for compassionate Director of Diagnostics with:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, licensed psychologist or a Licensed Psychological Practitioner (LPP)
• Minimum of two years prior post-degree clinical experience preferred
• Expert knowledge of scientifically validated methodologies
• Knowledge of HIPAA practices, the APA Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct
• Valid state driver’s license with appropriate endorsement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
